Peace Love and Reiki

The purpose of this event is to get everyone together who is interested in spirituality, holistic healing, working with energy, and Mother Earth and more.

The location will be at the Annis Ranch off Highway 220 about 50 miles southwest of Casper, Wyoming. It will be a rustic retreat complete with porta potties and a presentation tent. Each person will need to bring their own tent or small travel trailer to sleep in.

The date has been set for Friday, July 20 through Sunday, July 22, 2012.

Friday afternoon and evening: This is a time to pick your spot to set up your "Home Away From Home" tent or park your travel trailer. We will do a meet and greet around a contained campfire with drumming, stargazing and enjoying the peace and quiet this spot offers. (There are no hook ups or power for trailers here.)

Saturday will be spent sharing our knowledge with each other. There will be presentations and group talks with a Talking Stick for the one speaking. This is a time to learn from each other. There are so many different modalities that different special people know that can be shared with others. Please contact me if you would like to speak at this event. No degrees or certifications required. Everyone is a specialist in what they do.

Saturday night, we will again gather round the campfire and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area and enjoy each others company. Drumming, stargazing, and being able to "Just Be" are all part of the evening's entertainment.

On Sunday morning, we will hold a brief "Period of Gratitude" to thank God, Mother Azna (Grandmother Tree), Spirit, the Ascended Masters, and all of the wonderful Guides who are helping us with this event and also helping all of us to spread the word so we can help heal, not only ourselves, but the Earth, any situations, the Universe and more. As light workers, we are all needed to now step up and use those wonderful tools we have been given.

Following the "Period of Gratitude", we will divide up into smaller groups or pairs (depending on how many people attend) and work on healing each other and ourselves. We will be practicing what we learned on Saturday.

On Sunday afternoon, following lunch, we will work together as a group to send healing energy to Mother Earth and to anything else you feel needs help.

Later Sunday afternoon, we will pack up our camps, clean the area and say our goodbyes. We will take with us all of the wonderful new things we learned and promise to use the new tools to help ourselves and others.

The Gathering site is nestled next to a ridge of granite stones. There is an uncommonly large and perfectly shaped juniper tree which emits a tremendous yet gentle energy. I believe that Mother Azna, sometimes known as Grandmother Tree resides within it and will be with us for the event.

The Sweetwater River is about a half mile from the location. There is an abundance of wildlife including deer and antelope, eagles, turkey buzzards, hawks, rattlesnakes (so please be vigilant and careful!) and more. The coyotes singing at night are a common occurrence.

Because there were so many with varied diets, vegetarian, vegan, food dislikes, allergies, etc. it was decided that it is best for everyone to provide their own meals.  This is camping, so let's enjoy what we like to eat best, by fixing our own meals.  :o)

One thing we want to stress is that there are hundreds and thousands of different holistic modalities that cover healing, divining, communicating with the other side, etc. We want everyone to stay open to the different modalities. And everyone please realize that there is no one certain way to do something and one modality is not the right way with others being wrong. We can learn so much from each other if we keep this in mind.

Everyone is at the place they need to be and learning what they need to learn at that time in their life and journey. What works for one person, is not necessarily right for another. What is one person's path, might not be what is right for another person. That does not make any modality the "right one", the "only one", or the "only way". And no modality is better or more important, or higher, than any other modality. They are just different which provides many paths of healing or communication. Different people will be drawn to different healers, psychics, or whatever. Having this variety is important so all who do the work and all who need your work can be included.  The world would be a less interesting place if everyone did the same thing and had the same skills and interests.

Because of these differences, we will have an  "Ego Spa" where everyone will ceremoniously deposit their ego for the duration of the event. Now those little egos can be sneaky little stinkers and might have to be put back in the pot several times during the weekend. This simple act will help us learn to recognize when our egos pop into our lives and need to be asked to step aside so you can do your work.  The fairies have volunteered to provide massages and whatever else our ego's may want.  This is a retreat for them too.

We hope that you will be able to attend and will invite your friends to come also.

The cost of the event is set at $150 per person for the weekend. Expenses will be for renting tents and porta potties, for insurance for the event and for other items needed to make the event enjoyable for all.  If enough people attend, we may be able to drop the price a little.  I am offering a limited number of scholarships for those who are willing to help with tent setup, wood chopping and other taskes necessary to make the event a success.  Those awarded a scholarship will pay $50 for the weekend event.  (I was considering giving free admission, but my guides were adamant that there needs to be an exchange of energy to make it a success for everyone involved)

This event is for adults only.  When we are listening and tuned in to the Guides that will be helping us, we need quiet and no distractions.  We love children dearly and enjoy having them around, but this event is only for adults.

Also, please leave all pets at home.  There are eagles that will swoop down and pack them off.  Also coyotes will call them out away from people and attack them.  My son's fiance and her dog were stalked as she rode her horse last weekend.  Toni would chase they coyote off, but once she turned around, it stalked them again.  The coyote lured her dog out to where it felt it was safe from Toni then turned and attacked Missy, the dog, 3 different times.  Also the neighbors will have cattle nearby and do not want them chased by happy pets.

Because it is so dry this year, it is important that if you smoke, you can only smoke in your vehicle.  We cannot let any accidents happen that would burn up our host's winter pastures.

Private Reiki sessions are done in a quiet, relaxed, and confidential manner.  Sessions can be done in person, or if you are unable to come to the office, can be sent to where you are.  Experience the peace and relaxation and pain relief achieved from your Reiki session.

1 hour session - $50

I teach Reiki 1 and 2 together in an intensive 2 day class. 

Reiki 1 - learn the history, how it works, basic hand positions and more plus a healing attunement and Reiki 1 attunement. 

Reiki 2 - learn your first three symbols and how to use them.  Reiki 2 attunement.

Both days you will give a Reiki session to a live person.

Classes may be taught at the office or in a more natural setting such as Natural Bridge, City Park, etc.

Reiki 1 & 2 Class - $300

In Advanced Reiki Training or Level 3, you will receive your Usui Master Symbol and learn how to use it. 

Advanced Reiki Training - $150 - 1 day class

Usui Master classes will be taught only to those who have the true and deep desire to go on and teach others this time honored tradition.  Students must have used their Reiki on a regular basis, either on themselves, on others, on plants, the earth etc. for a minimum of one year.  Dedication to using and sharing their love of Reiki is required.

Master Class - $300 - 2 day class

Reiki is helpful during the pregnancy, during labor and after the blessed event for both the mother-to-be and the father-to-be.  Babies love Reiki both before and after the birth.

Reiki 1& 2 Class - $400 for both parents - 2 day class

Children are amazingly open to energy work and make excellent healers.  I offer a Reiki 1 class for children  from 7-years-old and up.  Children will be screened with their parents before enrolling in the class.  Please call 307-234-9101 with any questions.

Children's Reiki 1 - $150 - 1 day class

Join me on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 in City Park for Spring Forest Qigong. 

These simple, slow movements help you balance your energy, relieve your day's stress, and help your body heal itself.

Qigong in the Park is free and runs from June to September - weather permitting.

Spring Forest Qigong utilizes a simple form of Qigong to remove blockages in the body and it's energy field.  Length of session vary according to work needing done.
